Aaron Edens is an Intelligence Analyst with the Northern California HIDTA. He retired as a Police Officer from the Hayward Police Department where he had been assigned to the Intelligence Unit. Mr. Edens was previously assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Joint Terrorism Task Force-International Terrorism/Middle Eastern Organized Crime Squad and several OCDETF cases. He has been a certified Forensic Examiner for Cellular Devices since 2005 and has completed thousands of investigations involving mobile devices.
Keith Graves has been a Police Officer in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1990 and is currently a supervisor for the Special Operations Unit (a unit tasked with narcotic, vice and gang investigations).
Epifanio “Epi” Sevillo is a retired Special Agent Supervisor (SAS) and Task Force Commander (TFC) from the California Attorney General’s Office, Division of Law Enforcement (DLE), Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement (BNE)/Bureau of Investigation (BI), Task Force Program. He has 34 years of public service, four years in the United States Marine Corps attached to a special warfare airborne combat unit, identified as 1st ANGLICO (Air and Naval Gunfire Liaison Company) out of 1st Marine Division, Camp Pendleton, California, and 30 years as a law enforcement veteran.
